Oketh and Steydroth's Clutch 2
The dragons begin to hum as the first eggs rock. A blue dragon hatches first, smashing his limbs against the egg shell defiantly until it's fully broken, and only then turns his attention to the candidates. After much deliberation, he chooses Selkell!
A green dragonet looks about cheerfully, and makes her way to Rysaca, who Impresses her!
This brown dragon hatches with little fanfare, and prefers to avoid the crowd, being a loner. He is finally persuaded to choose a rider, though, and Ulamyc is lucky enough to Impress!
A blue 'grins' mischeivously, going straight to the candidates, and chooses Asderian for his rider!
The green that hatches next is bad-tempered, and she wastes no time at all, heading straight to Elione!
A blue walks around restlessly. Hikaru manages to catch his attention, and is rewarded with Impression!
Another blue hatches, this one looking rather mellow, and he easily picks out Alshandar from the crowd of candidates!
The brown looks about coldly as he climbs out of his egg. He locks eyes with Verezallin!
A dependable green is next. There is a short pause, but she chooses Yvonie as her rider!
Another green wanders the sands, but she seems calm. She spends much time deliberating over the candidates before being Impressed by Aleena!
The next green to hatch looks rather hesitant, but eventually Tuda manages to reassure her as she Impresses!
A bronze finally hatches, drawing the attention of several hopeful candidates. He seems weirdly uninterested in the candidates, and gives a yawn as he scratches an itch with his hind leg. After a long wait, though, Saffyr locks eyes with the bronze, and Impression is made!
A brown hatchling growls aggressively, making the candidates nervous. Kelray shows no fear, however, and successfully Impresses the brown!
This mischeivous blue prefers to go unnoticed, and creeps up on the oblivious candidates. Taiopol yelps when he feels something licking his leg, but his new dragon just laughs!
A mean-spirited green hisses, but Impressing to Nalasia calms her down!
Another mischevous dragon plays with the candidates, this one a green. She seems to be teasing them with Impression--especially the more ambitious male candidates, not interested in a green--but Lyem laughs and tells her to knock it off!
This green watches the final two (male) candidates perplexedly, but is determined to bond, so chooses Ragar!
The last dragon is a patiently waiting bronze dragon, and Revalidan is more than happy to Impress him!
