The dragons begin to hum as the first eggs rock. It hatches into a green dragon, who looks at all the candidates nosily until finally settling on Arel as her rider!
A blue dragon hatches and rushes to one of the candidates. He growls defiantly at anyone who approaches Nabe, standing in front of her protectively!
This blue dragon is obviously a loner; it takes him a while to approach the candidates, but once he does, it doesn't take long for him to Impress Volio!
A sensitive green dragon chooses Deccona to be her rider!
The blue dragon that hatches next curls his tail protectively around Sibari as he is Impressed!
A talkactive green dragon goes straight to Elena, chattering excitedly to her new rider!
A hopeful brown climbs out of his shell. He lingers a while over the candidates, but he Impresses Ruuyn!
This green hatchling swaggers arrogantly to the final girl, daring Motoko to argue with her choice of Impression!
A bronze dragon hatches, drawing the candidates' attention. He inspects the candidates thoughtfully, wavering for quite a long time between two specific candidates. Finally, however, he makes his choice, and Llaitald Impresses the bronze!
A brown hatches, tossing his head rebelliously, and refuses to approach the candidates. Finally, Takir convinces him to change his mind, and is rewarded with Impression!
The next egg reveals a green dragon, who looks at Mallen kindly as she Impresses!
This unpredictable blue makes a beeline for Kartin!
The next dragon is a subdued, mysterious green who doesn't make a sound, but makes her choice known when she Impresses Talindir!
As mysterious as his sister, this blue dragon picks out Khelil from the remaining candidates to Impress!
At the same time, a green hatches, staring with friendly eyes up at Ailitanqua!
A very kind blue dragon waits until nearly all the others have Impressed before searching out Maxir from the crowd of watching people!
The last egg cracks as the hatchling inside fights impatiently to be free; she takes the crowd by surprise when a golden hide is revealed from the decidedly not-gold (though admittedly very large) egg! The queen hatchling wastes no time in attempting to make her way through the stands--that is, until Lache is persuaded to go down to Impress her!
The dragons come with a one-word personality trait, but their names are up to you. If you'd like to host your dragonriders on your own site, I have a larger, transparent version of these images you can use, but these will be kept on a special post in the community. Enjoy!
